Riverside Radiology & Interventional Associates partners with hospital facilities, emergency room and urgent care centers, imaging centers, and physician groups across Ohio and into West Virginia. If you receive radiology services or medical imaging at one of our partner sites, you may receive a bill from us for those specific services.

We utilize MyDocBill, which is powered by Zotec, for processing patient payments. To help you receive your bills quickly and safely, you may receive a text or an email from Zotec or MyDocBill with information on your bill. We will send the text and/or email to the contact information you provided when registering for your radiology service.

When you visit the Payment Portal by clicking the logo above, you will also have access to FAQs and you can provide feedback or chat with their customer support team if you have questions.
